Jim Dale's voice is lovely. And as always, I wanted to draw Ginny. Cause she's awesome!

I'm a huge Potter nerd, but was never a huge fan of Ginny since I felt her development wasn't portrayed very well and her personality (though often admirable) therefore felt a bit "one note". With that said, I LOVE THIS PORTRAYAL OF HER! By far the most interesting, fun, personality-filled interpretation of her I've seen!
This kind of fills in all the gaps in Ginny's personality I've been missing, just by the attitude in her pose, clothes and face.
This is to me the best kind of fan art, when an artists interpretation makes me see new, developing sides of the original creators work!

The Harry Potter books are a bit weird that way. JK Rowling seems to have made an effort NOT to describe people perfectly. So we all default to what is in our own minds

I don't see it as an issue. It's a fundamental feature of books in my opinion : written language being ambiguous, every reader makes-up a universe of they're own. This is one of the reason I consider any type of book reading as being an active process.
