I love the colors. I LOVED D!A! too, but I like seeing you use more than the greens and golds that were D!A!. I love the idea that each "world" has it's own color scheme.

I'm not sure if that is true I mean, looking back I realize that when I first started D!A! I as no where near ready to go full color. I had not taken the color theory class yet and was not confident in it and needed a hell of a lot of practice.
My the end of the story (come nine years later!) I guess I was.
Not sure if I'll change color cheams for diff worlds. Though... the steam punk will be leaning towards the warms and browns.... and the Grey City.. i've been toying with the idea of making it very muted colors, but have a few things like eyes and red and so on stand out bright. or at intense moments maybe. will have to think more on it

Oooo I like the Grey City idea. I think that's where'd I'd be, if I lived in your fictionalized world! LOL I'm a muted colors kind of girl, but I need that pop of vibrancy every now and then.

Comics take so long to make! I want to get to all the other places already but no.
Imagine now much faster it would all move along if I worked on them everyday, instead of when i can.

I think its very weird how I dont like to wear bright things, but when I paint so much color goes everywhere. Or so it seems to me

Yagmur sounds-- well, reads Turkish to me. I'd pronounce it [jaɣˈmur].

The CamelCase in RedDawn looks out of place in a mystical/medievalish/fantasy setting. Is there a special reason why you wrote it this way?

I don't keep anything to a particular time setting or 100% authentic reference to one culture. Since this is a fantasy and taking place inside a creation of a Dreamer, it does not make sense to me to keep it real world/earth authentic.
I always find that it takes me out of the fantasy when writers try to be too much like the real world. This could be argued both ways but since its my creation, I'm doing it my way.

I've been thinking about that bag, and the truth is, it was just the way i drew it. didn't use reffs for it and had no idea what a camel bag was has to look it up.

so, the reasoning and decision not to keep to a strict time or fashion was made before this comic. Back in Denizens! Attention! actually. time and fashion is all jumbled.

and I wanted to do sort of (in a humble way) the same thing Pratchett did for the Discworld. How everything is in the same universe, but not all stories happen one after the other.Β  So first I made D!A! then this one, next will be ether short stores or Alicka's tale.Β  All are in the same world building but not necessary to read in order.
or at least that the attempt

Ah! Sorry for the confusion! CamelCase is when you write two words together and the second word in the middle also starts with a capital letter. CamelCase itself is an example, RedDawn another. That was what I found strange, not the bag. The bag is perfectly fine.

But it looks like you corrected RedDawn to Red Dawn anyway

Interesting to know about your overall concept.

Someone else had pointed that out to me after I'm glad you brought it up. I had not thought about it too much but now I like the new way better. Red Dawn looks better then Reddawn to me. I dont like the two d's together like that. I guess that's why I made one bigger but never separated them.

I do that a lot, I think. Just look at my name

I think Lemniskate's CamelCase refers to the way his name is written with two upper case letters in one word:Β en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CamelCas…
