Saturdays are no pressure days. I try to have one each weak. I know that sounds silly, if you see I've not been as active lately as I am at other times. But even when I'm stressing and not being productive, I get even more stressed knowing I SHOULD be productive. Its a horrible cycle.
Mental health is really important to me. I've had things mess with me earlier in life so its kinda bruised and broken and repaired. So I have to have extra maintenance in order to keep everything going smoothly.
So I consider Sats and Sundays as stress free days. Give myself permission to officially not do anything. No pressure days Just thought I'd share that bit of random info.
