The fish don't seem to see them
Dark, dismal denizens of the deep
spreading like cancers on the
aquarium floor. Aquarian creatures
rancid green pickles
part frog, part catfish
have lost their purpose,
feeding on the fish,
breathing the oxygen,
filling their space.
Never enough space.
The fish don't seem to see them
just a vague cloud of dread.
