Acrylic on board. 15" x 10". 2015.My Mom told me that her great-grandparents were buried in a wooded area and that she and my grandfather found it when she was a little girl. The trees had grown up around the private cemetery and its existence was hidden from the rest of the world. I've never seen it but this is how I imagine it.

An abandoned cemetery in the woods.. that sounds really cool to me. I would've loved to have seen it.
Also, looking at this over again, I don't know if you did this on purpose, but I see faces between the trees, particularly in the left bottom corner, which makes the painting all the more eerie and cool. Great work!
