I decided to make a regular RomaniaxOC base. For those of you who do not know who he is, I found that on the internet there are a lot of pictures of this guy. I haven't seen him in the anime but maybe he appeared in the original comic strips where APH originates from, I don't know. Anyway, I made a christmas version of a RomaniaxOC base, I'll leave the link below. I only have a few rules for this base:1. Credit and link the OCxCanon base back to me.
