(Made and posted: 8/17/18)My fate...was sealed from day one. I have always been meant to disappear.

This came out better than I thought it would... I was trying for a fake screenshot and all it took was the right light placement, shadow placement, and using the blur tool on the entire background. BlackDragon and all.
I'm not going to say what's happening in this scene specifically, since that's major spoilers. I'm thinking of trying another angle for "UT Dragon Riders". It isn't story-driven, don't worry. I just thought about it being kind of an RPG style AU. With Goopster and BlackDragon being NPCs or mentioned characters depending on your quest. YOU are still the hero of your story, but these two have a story as well...one that ends before yours begins probably.
The important thing is that this is a screenshot or cutscene for their story. I won't say where they are, what they're doing, or anything about that, because again...major spoilers. I'm just happy I pulled this off so well, at least in my opinion.

Thank you.^^ I was really just experimenting and following what I've seen in anime and cartoons with shading to their drawings, and finally found uses for the smudge and blur tools. XD

Oh. I don't think it was...but I'm not used to the blue tool yet, so it's not a surprise. lol I was going more for what I did on my first screenshot-style picture for Shadowsneak's Story. Making her blurry...but like there. Except I think she's too close to be that level of blurry.

Agreed.^^ Though I'm looking closely at Aang and Katara's relationship...I know they end up together, but I skipped a lot of episodes as a kid...so I want to see if it was a well-done relationship. Legend of Korra was kind of...not good at it, after all.

Yep...I never finished it either, but as someone that watched the first two seasons, Korra x Asami (she’s the pretty tech-savvy girl Mako dates a while, then they break up) came out of nowhere to me. Maybe I need to watch the rest of the show, but it feels as unnecessary as J K Rowling revealing Dumbledore is gay in an interview long after the end of the book series. Like they were just trying to appeal to a small group of people when the way it was done was just...insultingly out of nowhere.

They went to Mcall for a faculty thing with NNU. Trinity Pines is a Christian campsite, so they go there every year at the end of summer. The whole family used to go, but not anymore.
Glad I'm not the only one...and the director even said after season 1 or maybe 2, they would stop with the romantic subplot drama. It's bad enough that show is full of politics...

I dunno. We're old enough to stay home, and it was technically their aniversary weekend. And I don't think this was that retreat...I don't remember now. But I think it was just a meeting.
I don't either. You can't recreate something that good. I mean they sort of tried...but with Korra the way she is and the new age they live in, it's impossible. Book 2 was my favorite by far though. I love the origin story of Raava and the first Avatar. THAT is what I liked seeing. That and the action. Kids don't want to sit through boring politics talk with characters they don't know or care about yet...and neither did I honestly.
