Undertale makes references to other games (like Zelda) and famous webcomics apparently (Homestuck to my knowledge)...so why not make a Skyrim reference even though I've never played Skyrim or any of the Elder Scrolls? XD This joke is probably so old but I had to make it at least once.

Yeah, its called Dragonshout, its kinda complicated with how dragons use it in the Elder Scrolls, but it does involve a lot of "discussions" so to speak between other dragons when they're using those shouts.

Yeah. lol I looked up the meme and when he said "I took an arrow to the knee" he was saying 'I got married so i've got other responsibilities now' or something. And it was probably just a villager that said it but I don't remember. But yeah, it's a pretty bad joke I think.
