I know the title is HORRIBLE xDbut I couldt come up with something better :$
I know I need practise on bg's. but I never do them so I don't think its that bad, I just need some practise so if you have any helpfull tips, plz share
as for the dragon, I think I did a pretty good job

For backgrounds, there's not much I can say; I love how you made it blurred and then focused on the subject, its really neat. ^^
And I absolutely ADORE the color scheme.

youre welcome! Nah, the colors are great! first, they are my favorites, second, they go well together, third, they add good contrast, making the dragon stand out. ^^
