Description (please click download for a clearer full view)

a real life ("not computer-made") version of the tank of the manga-->movie-->game "Ghost in the Shell" wich is great!! (both the movie and the tank)

its described as a light tank for use inside cities, and its armed with 2x 12,7mm gatling guns in what would be the palms of the hands it has, plus 2 smaller machineguns for anti-personnel use located 1 at each front leg, and many other things like thermo-optical camouflage (a VERY neat thing) and other useful gadgets

i cracked my head trying to devise a movement system for the legs that would allow fully-realistic movement of every leg and a type of waist and "lower upper-torso" that would look good, give good mobility AND be stable

the most difficult part of designing the legs whas to make them strong enough to support the weight of the torso+hip wich, for a lego, is not that light plus the shape of the whole thing (due to its real-animal-like design) put a lot of the weight in the hips and knees

it has articulated knees, the legs turn forward and backwards mostly as much as they dont hit other leg allowing fully-realistic movement of every separate leg < puts proud face>, a full 360º turning waist, the head turns up and down about 80º from max-down to max-up, and the arms move about 30º up and down too plus the "fingers" can close and open separately.
i also put a door to the cabin, wich i made big enough to fit a man inside and have space for the controls and stuff

so, what do you think?

Your Welcome!

Well he would have been surrendering even if you hadn't posed him so.

Nicley done...great model! feel sorry for the little guy surrendering because of the HUGE guns aimed at him!
