One of my little birthday gifts to good ol' Chris Cook, one of the world's greatest PPG comic book artists ever!
And I also got the idea of covering Bubbles in ribbons and fluffy lace from Dr. Seuss's Scrambled Eggs Super.
Done in two color pencils.

I meant to comment in PPGWorld but i forgot. Great pic Spitfire! I really love the big bows and the cute image you made Bubbles in. Really soft touch on the coloring too. Me likey ^_^.
