Description
She's one of the characters from the eerie little tale of Draggle.

Only 15 years old and already practicing black magic, this young witch (evidently not of human descent) had inadvertently stumbled up the elixir of eternal life, which Draggle had eaten up after sniffing around her little hut to see why the little sorceress had taken some warts from a woolly elephant-like creature that had befriended the lonely, outcast dragon.

Now poor Draggle is doomed to an unhappy, neverending existence!

Here this young unnamed witch is staring with some annoyance at her bumbling, groveling young assistant, who is obviously the same age as well as species as she is.

Done entirely in color pencils.

Edit: I just decided to name the kid on right "Hobbledehoy"!
