Gee BH, why do you keep redesigning Rain Woman? Cuz I am never happy with the skirt. I said screw it, made the top and bottom one piece and made it more cloud themed and floofy. Also the umbrella is a robot now. Her hair is also more cloud like. Made the beret bigger.
Yes, I realise that if she were red, she'd look like santa >3>

I like the one piece. I think she looks more classy. And the simplicity makes the other elements (like the clouds) pop too.

You know what, I kind of dig this look as well. Her top and bottom look like a stylish coat and is super cute. The cloud hair is cute as well. Her umbrella scares me but I get the feeling it's supposed to be intimidating.
