Description

Haiku

Ethereal leaf,

Drifting through the breath of chill,

Bent to winter’s will.

……………………………………………

The pine strong and true,

Needles pierce the wind’s fair grace,

While below waits for the barren peace.

……………………………………………………….

Ribbons n’ feathers,

Costumes of fair delight,

This is a Renaissance.

I love haiku. And all three are fantastic. The first is my favorite, I think? It just comes to life as I read it. And the third is fun, it brings back good memories of mine.

I don't title mine, either.

Old haikus I wrote when I was assigned in a poetry project; thank you for taking them into consideration.
