Personalty: Martin is a very competent amateur inventor with an incredibly immature, yet charming personality. He often butts heads with authority like his friend Caesar does, but is more direct about it than Caesar and often seen taking wisecracks at Mary Ann`s expense. He has trouble expressing his emotions, preferring to crack jokes and deflect with humor, but he usually comes around to talking about how he's feeling. He is extremely intelligent and calculating, yet his wits are most often channeled into coming up with clever wordplay or pranks instead of more detail-oriented work.
He is a very laid-back individual, but he takes his friends, lovers and hobbies seriously and likes the challenge the most. Martin sometimes clashes with Caesar with because of the latter's practical, down-to-earth methods against Martin's more wisecracking nature.

Martin can be a very complex person, he is friendly, laid back, analytical, reflective and shows great intelligence. But is noted to be arrogant, cocky, wreck less and vain but has soften a bit due to his friendship to Caesar. But none the less he is a party animal, a popular guy and teacher pet none the less. He is also very much the ladies' man, haven been named a modern day Casanova do to his smooth-talking charming side of his personalty, although his actual success with women is erratic. But is generally is fairly successful in his romantic misadventures. He can be a really harsh starker sometimes, usually to Mary Ann due to there dislike of one of other. Despite more jerkish traits however he has always been loyal to his best friend Caesar and cares deeply about him and has always been faithful and protective to him.

Beside women Martin has a deep love for science, mostly mechanical and electronic things as seen by many of his inventions like a homemade drone. Martin is the brains of Caesar`s group usually his inventions would help out Caesar and Mary Ann out of problems before the flash. Even if some of the problems that the three would get in would be Martin`s doing. As he would do impulsive or rash decisions on the fly. While Martin is not the strongest of the three his lacks in physical strength is substituted by his intelligence. Many of the teachers in school have commend that Martin is promising young inventor if he can keep his head out of trouble (or the blood from his head going down his pants if you ask Caesar or Mary Ann)

His friendship with Caesar is that of two brothers they drive each other nuts but they always have each other back for best or for worse. From helping to study for big tests from saving each other lives on occasion. Martin and Caesar bond due to Martin understating Caesar`s low self esteem as he was once in Caesar`s place himself. He supports Caesar when he is down and give him advice about life and such while Caesar does the same and help him out of trouble when he can. Martin cares deeply for Caesar and frequently gets upset whenever something bad happens to him.

Though there is a heavy mutual dislike between the two, Martin and Mary have been shown to get along on certain occasions when it comes to Caesar, sharing a pseudo brother and sister-like relationship. Of coarse with said dislike jabs and insults of the adult nature are usually said to one and other.
