Description
This is actually part 1 of 3 in a little short series I plan on doing.For those who don't know, Bidoof SUCKS!!! I mean, I'll take a MAGIKARP over that thing, at least it evolves into a good pokemon. Bidoof is a normal that evolves into a normal...WATER??? WTF!!
Anyway, it sucks it really does, and I would normally apologize to any rare fans of Bidoof, but come on, it sucks. You know this to be true....

I don't think so. I've got the evolved form in my main party. It's my new Raticate. I just cant get enough of that hyper fang ^-^ And having it learn surf is a serious plus.

I'm here to defend Bidoof. For one thing, I happen to find the little guy pretty darn cute, and I'm willing to admit it. Sadly, its stats and move set are rather lacking, as Bidoof and its evolution suffer from the "early in the game" syndrome. I've always though pokemon should be much more balanced stat-wise instead of divided into tiers of "Useful", "Kinda Useful", "Sucky" and "OMGSOL33TIGOTTAHAVEITONMYTEEM!". But that's another story.
As for the typing of its evolution, Normal/Water, I myself not only like the idea, I wish we had more dual-type Normals apart from the ENDLESS Normal/Flying types. (And why can't Flying ever be by itself? Is it co-dependant or something?)
Now all this being said, I am *NOT* angry with this pic, or with your choice of Bidoof for this (I actually thought it was rilly funneh). Nor am I angry with you for saying it sucks; it's your opinion and you're entitled to it. All I wanted was to argue my case in the face of all this rampant Bidoof-bashing. Why? Just because. Hey, even the Unabomber had to have a lawyer.

Generally, when i'm see a thing as i'm dislike or make me angry (How see this excelent artist says bad things to the poor and cute Bidoof) I'm ignore it. But i'm want defend you words. I'm like Bidoof, and sure i'm can have one Bibarel in my team. And yes, i'm also want the Pokemon games with more balanced stat-wise (I'm hate tiers in videogames). Pokemon Mistery Dungeon games, for example, seem more balanced between the Pokemon. And sorry for if my English not is too good, not is my native language.

I just remebered bidoof are good for one thing evolve them
then use them at about lv18 or 20 then use them to catch rotom
don't remember wich rock move I used something with a boulder animation

i argee that bidoof sucks! the only thing they good for is that they can learn most of the annoying and pointess less HM moves. other then that they as annoying as a rattata, sentret and zigzagoon. infact have you ever notice that nintendo always have a annoying weak brown common pokemon that you find at the beganning??

This is very true, BM. Seriously, I see no real reason other than breeding stock for Bidoof and Bibarel, mostly for that one move it learns. Also, I'll take my Psychic/Fighting Meditite/Medicham any day.
Heck, even Lucario is preferable than Bidoof or Bibarel.

Bidoof does NOT suck! In particular, its evolved form. Why? Bibarel is the PERFECT HM slave! Seriously! It can learn EVERYTHING 'cept Defog! It is litereally the PERFECT HM bitch outside of a hacked Mew.

Well, yeah. Its a crappy fighter. But, Bidoof/bibarel doesnt automatically suck just 'cuz its a lousy fighter. Its an HM slave. Probbaly one of the best there is now. Which certainly beats having to put one or two HMs on your team. Just keep a team of five, and a bibarel!
