The medic and his sister certainly resemble each other. Well drawn! 
Half of the biological profile? As in half-sister or just because he is XY chromosome and she is XX chromosome? One more thing: ghost face in Panel 3! 0_0 LOL what's your process in making these?
Whew, that's a lot. But I love this story so far, it has so much substance to it already- more than a lot of the TF2 comics I've seen here. Keep going!
