Just a quick thing made in 5-10 mins... It's a design for a character that might appear in 1337-Fiend's and Failedclone1235's Fullmetal Alchemist Doujinshi (fan-comic). Their characters are the main ones of the story, but oh 1337ness said he could use my character as a secondary one.

I haven't thought out his story and stuff... not much of it anyway, 'xcept he was once a State Alchemist (why else would he have an Alchemist name?), but is now a wanderer (ripped clothes and old cape... lol). Anyways, the things that are hanging from his are water bottles. This guy (i haven't EVEN thought a name for him) learned alchemy with the help of his brother (there are TOO many brotherly things... maybe he'll have a sister instead =/ ), and learned he had talent controlling nearby Oxygen and Hydrogen particles. With practice, he learned how to use alchemy with transmutation circles formed with ice, and later learned how to form the transmutation circles by spilling water to the ground/floor/whatever, and how to use them. That's one of the reasons he has water bottles... in case of emergency (when theres no water or such around), he can just throw the bottle to the floor and he'll form the transmutation circle (his ability to control nearby oxigen and hydrogen particles is only half of it... through immense hard work, he can calculate how to throw the bottle and how it will break so the water will spill in a way an almost perfect transmutation circle will form).

Also he can use the 3 physical forms of water (liquid, gas and solid... otherwise he'd be the uh... waterwolf alchemist?) and transform the water between them. He can also compress water gas then solidify it to create uber-dense, nearly unbreakable ice. And with it, he would create weapons or other stuff. I also thought of adding the "Gaara complex" but with water instead of sand... not as awesome as the real sandy thing, but something like it.

Oh... and maybe he will travel with his loyal wolf companion... then the Icewolf name would have perfect sense.
