yea. Photography is really cool. just keep in mind that all design students have no sleep. including me T.T actually kinda wasted leh...why go jc when poly offers better vc course? thank goodness i wasn't smart enough to go into a IP school.

Hahaha there was that facebook meme about how different people sleep..then under designers they showed an empty bed LOL. But yeah as art/design students we both understand why right -_- sad life. So you could have gone jc? I kinda regretted getting into hc after I decided on my career choice lol...now if I dropped out to go poly i think my parents will disown me or sth xD

Yea. Thank goodness i made myself clear that i WILL NOT go to JC to study something so meaningless for myself anymore.apparently after 4 years, my parents finally got the idea and just let me go poly. Tho they kept saying, what a waste. But really, I'd rather go poly and do what I want to do. No complaints. Oops. I just want to sleep 8 hours everyday.
Nvm lah. Just think of the nest few years in JC as brain-training

Hahaha I can't now, else I wasted 4 years of my life in IP. Oh well so sad...I need to waste so much time studying for some elite profession I'm not even interested in..what's with the education system nowadays? All I want to do in life is photog or design gahh.
Actually HCJCis bloody awesome...as in the life skills and practical stuff, the social stuff there, it's priceless. I know I'm totally going to enjoy it...I just don't go well with the regular curiculum. If only you could combine the environment and the people with different courses such as the ones in poly...oh tt would be bliss.

haha. It's just a matter of personal preference. The whole education system is made to suit the society, so we can't help it. Afterall, education nowadays is not about what we want to learn, it's what we need for a good paying job. So just bear with it lah.
lol. I just remembered that my HC fren said that HC people don't speak chinese in class at all. And I thought that you guys are damn chinese. What happened man? The evolution of mankind caught up on you guys?

Yeah...as in well in the 60s and 70s you would need such a system to fight chaos and build up a basic education standard in the population, but well...now, things are different. The govt can't do without a system, yet at the same time a system can't really work either, ironic right. Lol if I had known what I wanted to be in the future when I was p6 I wouldn't have gone to HCI.
Welllll. Depends really. Normally everyone (other than the bicultural classes) will speak in english, though HC is still damn chinese. Yupp. Not so much as before though it's like if the school doesn't force the students or something the students wont really use it, though when needed the students have no prob switching over lah. The China and Malaysia (yay me) imports still remain damn cheenah.

haha. good day to reply to this. today's a big day for china, if you don't know. It's the 20sth anniversary for the big clash between students and the govt in china. Somehow the military was used on those rebelling students and a lot died. lol sia. if that happened everywhere...who knows what would happen.
Lol. I don't think I even know how to use a camera when I was in P6. Photography still rocks. Whoever invented the camera is a genius.

Oh yeah the Tiananmen incident...I think if it happened in middle east Westerners would protest but to little change, in Asia alot of eyebrows would be raised and Westerners would loudly denounce it but not alot of change would take place unless the govt is like Sg suck up to America, if it happened in Western countries woohoo the impact would last for years and years man. China and other Asian countries will keep biting on it to destroy the Westerners' credibility and authority for a long time.
