Many of your Nohrian comrades and especially the three other royal siblings had noticed the slowly growing feelings between you and the new king before you had left for the capital of Hoshido.

Eventough many citizens had hoped for their ruler to marry soon after his coronation, Xander had refrained from choosing a wife too soon. Whenever nobles had approached him in order to discuss this matter, the young king ditched their suggestions about "Lady Isabella" or "Countess Elaine". Instead he told them, that he'd choose the right consort one day.

And with the day of your return, this particular day had arrived.

After your engagment had beend made public, you told your siblings about the true reason of your journey.

Not only the discussions about peace and contracts had been the reason for you to go to Hoshido, but you had also talked to your sisters Hinoka and Sakura about the feelings between Xander and you.
