Yaaaaay! Fight scene+Perspective Practice+an exuberant amount of pink=the death of me XD I wanted to draw Rei fighting the final Grudge which are The Mistress's minions and I figured, what better grudge to hold than pain? We all carry pain inside but lock it away in one form or anyother. Pain is colorless, expressionless, and fearless - it can't hold any boundaries so I think it would be the worst advesary for Rei.This is an illustration for ReiRei's manga 'The Link' that I've been working on for a while now. Actually started out as a doodle. But I had too much fun designing the Grudge that I had to color it XD
I hope you like it ReiRei! It was really a challenge and fun for me to draw ^^

I edited the background a bit, added a boarder, gave some more natural hair and beat Rei up a bit more. Yay. xP

whoa.......~~ u should just totally make a fanfic about this story.. although the one i have right now is just making everybody hanging at the moment.. u can make ur own version.. 
but anyways... again, no magic of some sort showing... actually there will be but not so major action.....
nevertheless, it looks great and im forever thankful for u for drawing so many illustrations for my stories..... u probably drew more than what i did.. lol..

oh btw.. comment... i love the perspective.. the angle looks awesome.. coloring is great and the color scheme u chose goes well with the atmosphere.. u did a really good job with it.. awesome work..~~

aren't there five grudges? They're those shadowy things that Rei saw while she was taking a bath? Oops XD
Who knows what I'd end up doing with your amazing story if I ever attempted to write a fanfic? XD I'd be worried if I were you. lol! But thanks - I'm glad you like it. It was more complicated before with smoke and fire and all sorts of stuff with light beams fom the un and it was like OVERLOAD OF DETAIL so I just got rid of it XD Haha, but still - can't wait for you to continue with the story :3

they're curses and had no identity.. i think it was explained in the previous pages how the mistress takes weak souls and turn them into curses.. *shadows* their number is random.. depends on how many the mistress will send.. but yeh.. mistress is weak without the link so sending many curses make her even more weak than she is.. she's not weak.. she just think she is.. she is hungry for power after all..
simplicity is the best.. i like it this way though im curious to see how this will look like with other effects.. but i love how there's a lens flare in rei's hand.. looks like she's ready to fire some magic..
i cant wait to continue the story as well... its just that im overloaded and schedule has gone far even heavier as i have to pick up the slacks of my teammates coz im one of the leaders in the game we're doing for tim hortons.. woot.. tough job.... tough job...... v_v"
i'd love to share the script but that'll ruin all the fun.. it's better to wait for the pictures which is taking forever... my apologies....... TT^TT but surely, page 18 will be special since it's my favorite number and all.. lol....

Thanks Mooka :3 Didn't turn out quite as cool as I'd thought but I think I'm on the right track to pushing and perfecting my style... maybe someday I'll have enough ability to be able to draw things as I see them in my head? ^^
