I hope you like your present! It's everyone's favorite aquatic vampire, SLOAN!!! 8D Some of you may remember that I've drawn her before! And I must say that I'm very happy to have progressed in skill far past my previous attempt which can be found here --> [link] Sloanly even dressed up for the occasion by wearing your favorite color on her lashes~ 8D

She took me about 10 hours over the course of three days, and has been the most difficult to draw, so far xP (Sloanly would probably like that, now that I think about it) I still can't help but feel that I didn't draw what I'd envisioned... but I've fussed with her face long enough xP So HAPPY BIRTHDAY my darling cousin!!! Your stories always have, and I suspect always will, inspire me ^^ My you have a WONDERFUL year~

PS: The title comes from the song "The Sound of Silence" which has some spectacularly beautiful lyrics. The opening lines were always my favorite, though I heard them wrong as a kid and thought they said, "Hello, Darkness my old friend. Have you come to play with me again?" and I just thought that was AWESOME. xD Sadly, that's not actually how it goes -shot- Oh well.... lol

PSS: Looking at her face, I have the bizarre, sneaking suspicion, that she's related to my character Vesper, somehow... xD
