Good Morning everyone!! It's a wonderful day to have a tablet and a barely-still-functioning-under-protest computer once again! 8D yayayay!

This is my character, Astrayelle! It's also the first time I've drawn her on here where she looks like her normal self - the first time was last year for my Halloween Headshots! Where everyone looked completely bizarre xD (My bad... lol) Anyhow-!

Astrayelle (or Elle, for short) has arguably been my favorite character for about two years now? xD (favoritism much?) I love my other characters too, but Elle is super special. ^^

She is in my science fiction roleplay with

Aside from the fact that she has purple and teal hair, Elle is a delightful, lovable mess of contradictions 8D

Due to the fact that I enjoy throwing my characters into life threatening situations and watching them squirm helplessly from time to time - Astrayelle hasn't really had the opportunity to show how Boss she can be. Ah - that'll have to be another picture!

I can really rant when it comes to Elle, sorry xD

AGAIN - ANYHOW... *ahem* (focus, Lafia, FOCUS.)

This picture isn't meant to depict anything specific... more like a feeling, I suppose. Longing. Uncertainty. Hesitance. Those are traits I strongly attribute to Astrayelle. Being caught up in a strange world that could be both dark and sinister but also light and beautiful.
Aaaand she's in a dress because I felt like it. So there. xD
I'm not thrilled with my proportions in this picture or the way I colored her outfit. In fact it bugs me. Frequently. Maybe I'll go back and fix it one of these days?

But hey - Did you guys notice that my style of hair-drawing has changed? 8D I really like it!

And I hereby decree that anybody actually caught reading to the end of this thing shall be given the sum of 70 rainbows and a cupcake of immortality to do with as they wish! >3 So let it be written! So let it be DONE!

As previously stated SOMEWHERE up there, Elle is my favorite. You steal anything about her and I will personally see you shaved, basted in toe-jam, and I'd say goodbye to your eyeballs for good measure. End of true story.
