My bet goes to Grave all the way, sure Vash is a great gunfighter but he is hold back by his unwillingness to take the life of a man. But on the other hand you can't kill a man who was already dead and even if Vash knew that he still wouldn't do it. That's just how he lives by.

Yes, Is very good at deflect shots with his shots, but it highly doubtful he would be able to deflect entire hail storm of bullets. because let's not forget about Grave'sΒ Fatality Bringer Attack, where he activates the machine gun attachment on hisΒ Death HaulerΒ Coffin, firing wildly forward. And that's a whole shit load ofΒ .50 BMG rounds my friend. And let's not to forget Grave's relentless when it comes to fighting an opponent.Β

Still I doubt they would fight for long seeing as they are the good guys.Β Plus you can't have Vash without the two insurance girls.Β XDΒ So I think it would be a brief fight before things would be cleared up.Β Plus there is Grave's little companion(Gah the name escapes me.) as well who would calm Grave.Β So I think it would end out alright.Β Β Vash is very good at avoiding machine gun fire.Β But I think things would turn out fine.Β Grave is a fairly good listener after all, even though he is very shoot first, "ask" questions later type of guy.Β I think the situation would be cleared up eventually in a peaceful fashion.Β XD

Grave himself took on what can only be described as artillery fire from a handgun the size of a large cannon that shot ammunition specifically designed to kill people like him. Granted, it put him near death for a little while, but he very quickly got back up out of sheer determination.
There's also the fact that Vash just doesn't really kill. He has maybe one thing capable of putting Grave down, and we both know he wouldn't use it for multiple reasons.

Literally the first level of the first game was entirely to show how much Grave doesn't care. If he sees you as someone to kill, you die. He killed dozens of men just to get to a guy who essentially said "cheers to the new boss" so he could kill him. Vash gets in his way, he's dead.

You mean Overdose? That's the game where he takes the aforementioned artillery fire and gets back up through sheer determination. If he wants you dead, you will die. No exceptions.

In the anime he's given more characterization, but in both the anime and the games it shows that aside from being intensely protective to his friends, he's a killing machine that lets nothing stop him, not even death - hence his name. No matter what, he kills his target.

Well knowing Vash, he would befriend Grave, because he is a good person, Grave really only kills those that deserve it.Β Namely the bad guys.Β So this type of thing is kind of pointless really.Β Vash is a very kind soul.

I've never seen Vash done in a more American Comic style. It is a beatutiful thing to behold. X3 And to Wolfgangh, Beyond the Grave does not have silver hair, it was a miscolour in the anime. He was designed with black hair. Play the games.

no i ponarzekam znow na tlo... troche za mocne.. odwraca uwage od ogromu szczegolow na tym obrazku. i troche boli mnie brak zroznicowania w grubosci krechy.. jest ruch, jest dynamizm, ale brakuje podzialu na plany... przez to na pierwszy rzut oka ciezko zalapac co gdzie jest..
