A COLD HEART

She-Ra’s good friend, Queen Frosta of Castle Chill in the Kingdom of Snows on Etheria, has invited He-Man for a visit. As leaders of the resistance to Horak’s tyrannical rule, they must coordinate strategies and tactics.
Yet, unbeknownst to He-Man, Queen Frosta’s lustful passions for his affections know no limits!
“Come big, strong He-Man, let’s play in the snow,” she chirped, wearing her most formal royal gown.
“You just lead the way, Queen Frosta, and I’ll follow,” he replied with a bright smile.
And so, they frolicked in a magic glade all afternoon, as bunnies and fawns danced among the snowflakes.
“I’m a bit little tired now,” Queen Frosta stated eventually. “I know a secret crystal cave where we can relax and perhaps remove some of our heavy winter clothes.”
“That’s a great idea, your highness! This jacket and these boots are really making me hot and sweaty.”
“Oh my, He-Man. Well, we certainly can’t have that,” she replied, with a warm friendly smile and mischievous wink.
So, they walked to the crystal cave.
“Let me get out of this heavy hunting gear,” He-Man said, as he accepted a cool drink from the Queen. “May I help you with your heavy cloak?”
“There is no need my big strong muscular friend,” she chortled, as her dress simply disappeared into thin air, much to He-Man’s surprise!
Wearing only their briefest garments, Queen Frosta placed her hand on He-Man’s arm, and confided, “Oh He-Man, you’re my hero! Would you ever accept my heart and hand…my expressions of full love and devotion?”
He-Man was shocked…taken aback. He had had no clue!
“I’m flattered, your highness. But my road in life will be a hard one…best traveled alone,” he replied with sad confidence, and turned away.
The Queen was NOT amused!
“How DARE you, you insolent peasant?! How DARE you refuse the love of the queen of the realm”!!!???
He-Man was again shocked…but then felt woozy from the wine… and fell to his knees.
“Ha-ha, He-Man…so, the strongest man in the universe is now on his knees before me! Ha-ha! I will now teach you a lesson you’ll NEVER forget!”
Confused and weakened by her mysterious elixir, he now groveled at the jaded queen’s feet, as she teased and toyed with this mountain of muscles.
And now, having completed her little game, the queen waved her magic staff and trapped He-Man in a giant ice crystal!
“You’ll NEVER escape, He-Man! NEVER! You will be my prisoner in that crystal until your cold heart gives me the love and respect I deserve!”
Though he heard her voice, he could not speak, and thought to himself, “It is not my heart, but yours, Queen Frosta, which is cold.”
Meanwhile, He-Man’s loyal companion Cringer….

Queen Frosta is a spry 61 years old.
