I've decided to draw the Trappable Villains who are exclusive to the 3Ds version of Skylanders Trap Team.I don't think we've seen this guy's kind in any Skylanders game before. He looks really unique to me. I'm sorry I couldn't draw the staff, I didn't find a fully picture of it.
