Today is Merdeka AKA Malaysia's Independence Day. And to celebrate, I decided to do a little daily challenge, do at least one animation and/or drawing involving at least two Skylanders interacting with one of my country's greatest treasure of the wilderness. Starting with Spyro and Trigger Happy interacting with a tapir.
Some say the Japanese mythical creature, the Baku originally came from the tapir because of its short trunk-like appearance. The creature is said to be kind of like the dreamcatcher of native-American legends. It eats nightmares and vomits good dreams.
Tapirs are also a subject to aboriginal Malaysian folklore. In fact, look at this writing I took from Singapore zoo:
I believe it's also a creature where the Pokemon Drowzee came from.
