I know what you mean, England has shite snowfalls.. Except for last February, for some reason we had the worst snow ever, the worst I've seen.
The buses stopped running and I had almost 2 weeks off college, lmao.

Hmm maybe because there is alot of sea (it's a bit warmer?)... because I live next to the sea and we don't get snow but the east and south part of the netherlands is mostly covered in snow.
