Okay, I'm not particularly fond of Amy. Nor am I a huge supporter of SonAmy. But, think about it for a second. I mean, how many people is Sonic paired up with? SonAlly, SonAze, SonAdow, SonMina... And yet here's Amy, still running after her favorite hero, waiting every day for him to tell her how much she means to him, that he loves her and would die without her.
Sonic married Sally. Sonic fell for Mina. Hell, Sonic was kissed by a human. And Amy didn't say anything. She just waits and waits and waits. Waiting for the day she believes completely and utterly in her heart her prince will sweep her off her feet and ride off into the sunset.
Like her or not, you have to give credit where credit is due. I don't know about you, but if that's not loyalty and bravery, I don't know what is.

Thanks so much for your critique! This has really helped me.
I think I tend to get caught up in coloring too much, yeah. I'm too busy trying to make one color blend evenly with another that I forget I'm actually supposed to stay IN the lines. 
As for the inking, yes I think this was ballpoint. I have very few actual inking pens, and at the time I think I couldn't find one. And thanks for giving me a good pen name. 
And I've only recently learned that single smooth strokes are better then short quick ones like I do when I'm sketching.

This art is so magnificent when you look at.The way she smiles shyly and tells about her love..Her eyes filled with what looks like happy tears are very detailed in many ways.The arms and how she looks at you makes you feel sympathy and joy for the girl.This art says many things about a.deviantart.net/avatars/b/l/b… " alt=" " title="blackrose"/> and how she has feelings for others and herself but the most thing i love about this picture is how she drew so lightly,nicely,and detailed.I do believe this should be in a museum or maybe somewhere bigger.You can tell that this art is probably her best but soon she will make better art and share it with the world.

I know I have a long ways to the point where I can call myself "good", and not everyone likes where I am at this point, but tough.
How about you tell me what's wrong and how I can improve right here? I'm a fair person, I'll hear your opinion out. Are the eyes lopsided? Is the inking sloppy? What?
