This comic page looks a little confusing. So basically as soon as Marceline went upstairs to sleep, Finn pulled out BMO and called Jake using BMO as a phone thus why BMO has an antenna. Finn's talk bubble is going into the wrong panel because he is talking to Jake so his words are going into Jake's panel (plus I ran out of space for a talk bubble hahaaha whoops...). Jake is using his arm as a telephone since he can shape shift (dunno how he can talk into his arm though). Also Jake is eating a candy bar and is in Candy Kingdom right now. That's why his background is different.
