Well you guys can all blame for unintentionally giving me the idea to do this. Not really a HUGE fan of DBZ but i thought making a Majin character with Sen would be fun to see. I guess this can also be my entry for this Majin contest i saw around DA sometime ago made byBy the way, the goggles might be part of Sen's outfit now. Mine also, as soon as i get enough money to buy them from Hot Topic XD
Didnt really try to stay true to the cartoon this time around, one reason being since I used Epe's drawings of Lamp as references. Shes awesome by the way

When I first saw this, I thought "WOW! It's like the anime version, if not better!"
While this drawing is simple, I've gotta commend you for your work on the character which resembles the original one almost exactly except, of course, the clothing which is your own design. The shading is awesome and the coloring, while mostly being hues of black and red, work well with Majin Buu since I see him as a sadist who doesn't look good in lighter colors.
Don't know how long you took to draw this but considering that you're not much of a DBZ fan and that many other artists have attempted something similar and weren't very successful, I commend you once again for this piece of art.

Sir, I can say this with the utmost sincerity; I love this character to death! Allow me to explain why. Ya see, I am a huge fan of the show. Not a crazed fan mind you, I haven't watched every episode or anything like that, but I do believe I know enough to get by. That being said, I know almost all of the characters, especially the villians. Majin Buu was my least favorite of the big 3 from DBZ(Frieza, Cell, Buu) Now, considering that, It takes quite a bit to make me even glance at a pic involving him. You my friend have gone far beyond that point. I love how you implemented your character so well into this, yet still stuck true to the original character design. Also, maybe it's just me, but he doesn't look as pink here as he does in the show or other pictures. Either way, I like the color. I also like the expression on the face. Now, he usually has that look, but in your style it looks much better for some reason. It almost looks like you were supposed to be the guy to draw this instead of it being in an anime. Not gushing or anything, that's just what it looks like. So, there ya have it; hope I didn't make ya feel awkward from the praise, and I hope I didn't say anything stupid or out of place, though if I did that, it can't be helped, can it?
