thsnks jeffz, i need that, and i think critic is always good. () i remember one wise once says, the complain will enhance the improve. I don't mean that you are complain. I just think you are not too anal and too detail. I know art is about our ego, but the artwork are nothing without the public eyes. all collaborative.

Like the watermark, is my fear and my ego. so stupid that i have to put that, but i have been experiencing too much of my concept being miss use out there, mostly for the greed shake. i think thats also another reason why deviantart change the watermark from the old one to this heavy ugly one.

so i aware and agree with all you say. i am trying to find the same clay and fix it since he/she is made out of three different clay. the color actually not very redish, but the lighting in the room made it.

I also ant to replace this photo couple time from different angels before i fix it, maybe there are other places need to be improve. i want him/her to be perfectly a new creature.

i also with do something with that bookmark.

thanks again

Stay tuned...

i i love your word..."inquisitive yet wary pose". thats the perfect say!

I am a strong believer in working together with people to make things better I totally understand the problems you have been having with having things stolen from you. It breaks my heart when I see that happen. I just helped Luke Brown nail someone for that very thing. Which reminds me, I have a contact for you. Will pm it to you.

If you ever want me to critique I am always happy to give my opinion for you my friend. Can email me at eklypz (at) gmail.com . I have studied lots of sculpture stuff. I am not offended if people don't agree either

dude! I didn't know you did 3d also! My first love

I really love the overall concept, are you going to mold this before firing to save it from "accidents"? The reddish clay helps bring out the details and gives great ancientness and dignity to the creature. Looks like an ancient wise tribal spirit trickster creature.

The watermark makes it a little tough but I think the tail section looks a little off down in the middle of it. Seems too lightweight in proportion near the second twist from the bottom. I dunno just something about the tail really throws off the motion for me and action of the top part. Also, the right armpit seems slightly out of proportion with the left side.

I really like the motion and top part , very well done and seems a very inquisitive yet wary pose. The eyes and midrift really give me warm fuzzies and make me fall in love with this. Is that green speck near the right heel supposed to be there?

Sorry, just joined a critique group and been learning how to critique (and be critiqued ) lately so maybe a bit too detailed / anal
