Hi, I'm here to give your piece a critique 
Isn't this the infamous office from Five Nights at Freddy's? If so, then it makes sense why Jeremy looks so tense here. I think the bear mask looks cute and creepy at the same time, with its chibified features and completely dark openings. And I really like how you contrasted the brown color scheme with bright green and blue colors on the wall tiles as well. Overall, I think that your composition and color choices are very good. Nice work!
As for suggestions - my main ones are that the papers on the wall look like they're floating in front of it, rather than being tacked on, due to their long shadows, and that Jeremy's posture looks a bit stiff. I suggest rounding out the shoulders a bit more, and having a slight downwards slope from his neck down to the shoulder.

Yeah I said I had issues with this, the papers are one of them. I hated pretty much everything about them but it was to late to get rid of them.
I'm still trying to work out posture tbh. I'm used to drawing robots, this was also a different style (Sorta) From what I'm used to.
