I'm Standing here by a river of darkness.
Nothing can bring me towards the light...

There is so much that has been forgotten...
This has happened in time.

For too long I have waited in the darkness...
And have found no light.

For too long I have hated the love in my heart.

I have prayed,
I have hoped,
But people do not care...

All of them just walk by.
Like I am thin air.

Sometimes people think that they can make a difference,
But why even try?

If you scream people don't notice...
When you try to help it is never needed...

I don't move,
I don't breath,
I can't feel the rain on my face.

There is no hope...
There is only pain...

I can't see the stars in the night sky.
Is this the future of people who don't mind?

Sometimes I wonder why I am here...
And all of the sudden a light had appeared...

This just comes to show...

Through the darkness there will always be hope.
