Great use of monochrome! Love how the only decent light source is at the very back. I always like this type of photos, but this one stands out thanks to the foreground - the damages ceiling really sets it apart! What kind of building is it? Judging by the person having a luggage, some kind of terminal or train station?

The building is just an old apartment building, with a tunnel under it. It realy is a simple place, but seems twisted off. ^^

I like this a lot. I think the one thing that could help would be to make sure your model's pose and postion in the composition is in a good place, it seems a little off here.
Maybe you could also try editing it with photoshop to make him/her even more in silhouette? I don't know a lot of photography terms.

I'm not saying a lot, but just enough messing with the levels in order to make it a true silhouette as opposed to a dark figure.
