Gohan and Goku becoming SSJ infront of Freeza instead of Vegeta & Nappa makes sense as SSJs are the terror of universe, hence why Freeza killed them all

Okay that would be bad, but who knows how many of them survived? There were more saiyans together with nappa, vegeta and radditz. I can,t imagine that every single saiyan out on a mission would be thrilled to go back to vegeta when freeza said so.Β

I know you meant that, I was saying; you are right. However we donβt know exactly how many saiyans survived. Radditz was right in the beginning of the story but how dragon ball developed in the last years, it seems that he was incorrect. Broly and Paragus survived, Tarble and thus I can imagine there could be a handfull of saiyans roaming the galaxy somewhere. As I stated before, it all comes down if Akira would make such story.

I don't dislike it, but if gohan did go ssj, there would have been a possibility of not having one of the greatest fights in dbz; gohan ssj2 vs cell.

Yeah, but Akira could have decided on a different plot, so maybe there wouldn't have been any android saga at all. We only got to know Gero was gathering their cells during the android saga, so......
