What an amazing costume! And the bikini top is a clever solution to an outfit that would otherwise have you on constant lookout for wardrobe malfunction. I'm thinking of attempting to make my own Morrigan costume. Any tips?

Actually...I recommend to find your favorite hoodie and use it as a pattern for her hood. At that point, measure the width of you breast and make a strip long enough that when you put the ends together at the back of your neck, it hangs at the right height. As for the black waist robe...I just cut a half circle, making it wide enough to make it all the way around my waist.
For make-up and face, I used Wolf contacts for my yellowy eyes, and Sephora eyeshadow in matte Wine.
The staff was a stick I found in my park with leftover black fabric from my waist robe wrapped on it with some beads attached.
Outside of that, I really did a lot of winging on this. Not one piece was made from a pattern...

As for the pattern thing. I think work better without one anyway. I wanted to be Lizzie Bennett from Pride and Prejudice and Zombies last Halloween and I got so confused by the pattern I bought that my friend ended up making most of the dress.
