Yet again, most of all Dippy requests from outside is accessories and clothes. Happy to oblige, obviously-- even if she's got no one to SHOW, she makes those outfits look damn good, and hey, whatever lets her stare at herself in the mirror easier.

I'm still wracking my brain trying to figure out how she even happened. I THOUGHT my lab was pretty secure-- how did a fly get in? Hell, even beyond like the actual VECTOR of the fly's INTRODUCTION, the MANNER of its introduction is a mystery, too-- was it a coincidence of the runic arrangements on her core like I THINK caused Becky's raccoon-ness? Maybe the ambergris Bellie gave me to carve had a fly encased in it? She says she doesn't prefer live prey and I believe her, and we try to specifically avoid "tainted" ambergris like that on the off-chance something like Dippy does or COULD happen... man, pioneering, like, a magic system sucks, there are no old forum threads to reference or eyewateringly-dead-on reddit posts to glean anything from. I don't know how any of this shit works and I've made over 300 of these girls.

Bellie swallowing a fly in her sleep or something seems like a logical conclusion, though. Becky's raccoon-ness was subtle enough that it could be chalked up to a "leaning" in her "code", but Dippy is a whole other beast, it's like she's literally half fly.

...I wonder if it would be possible for a fly to *survive* inside glutton dragon ambergris, and survive the entire baking/firing/incubating process?

...nah, there's no way. that oven gets up to like a thousand degrees fahrenheit.
