Nice drawing, especially the wind blowing her cloak/cape and her hair flowing in the wind, plus her tail too 
Ahhhh, the wind is also a favourite element of mine cause (this might sound lame) I don't see any kind of attack move I can think of for wind? Cause I'm into defensive and supportive, hehehe *sweat-drop*.........
