Spoilers for Anime Viewers of Bleach.... and Manga: Chapters 290 and beyond. And probably the latest chapters.So whatever is the fate of Nell after the Hueco Mundo Arc?
I dunno, but being one of the good guys, I think Nell's gonna be with Ichigo for a while [Child Form most probably. Though I really want to see her Adult Form again. XD]. She might stay in the human world for a while. [Because of the latest happenings on the Manga. Specifically Chapter 313.]
Anyway, she needs a disguise while she's there, so they provided one for her. [And those little Quincy buttons on the sleeves of her blouse tells who prepared the outfit~]

I think Ichigo's classmates-- especially Keigo and the other pervs -- would think that he's one lucky d00d, having Orihime and Nell [plus their... uh, assets. lol.].
Though, I wouldn't think canon!Orihime would go berserk. She'd just watch them even if her heart's already shattering into tiny pieces. [She'll need another session with Matsumoto if that happens. lol. kidding.]
However, seeing Orihime in berserk mode would be amusing to see.

I know the chances of Orihime going berserk are lower than 0,0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 000000001 but as you said, "Orihime in berserk mode would be amusing to see"
Also consider this, Nel is a adult (Atleast, The Adult form is...) so I have to wonder if she wouldn't try to get a position as assistant teacher in Ichigo's class...
