I have this idea in my head for Lucy to make a set of 13 Eclipse keys that allow her to summon each of the eclipse zodiac and when to celestial wizards use them together one using the eclipse one using gold they could do close to the same thing as the gate.

So lemme guess? Due to the most recent chapter we where told about he Eclipse Gate and how Layla; Lucy's mother opened the gate. I'm a guess that Layla is all like you have to close the gate...Lucy is like hell no, and Natsu is like it'll be ok...
