She looks so sad. Lonely and in so much pain. It's like she's submerged in the complete peace of the world around her yet she's feeling so isolated by it and whatever it is that is putting her through anguish.
Her eyes look almost liquid. It's beautiful...

Even though the scene is serene, she seems to be unsettled over something. Or perhaps she's exhausted and in need of rest. Either way, I love the water effects, the choice of blue, the subtle emphasis on the moon and how the water ripples around her. This is such a beautiful piece.

Actually that was what I intended. Kudos for being the first one to point it out!
This was meant to be symbolic as far as her character goes. She's the moon but she hates the rain. It's like she's trying to overcome that 'weakness' in order to finally be at ease with it-- hence why she looks a bit unsettled.
