i guess this is kinda my take on what the shiny version of sylveon could be??
everyone's hoping it would be green but i sorta prefer a shiny eevee's blue to be honest

maybe not green eyes, though, more of a pink but idk

she loves her ribbons ahah

i suppose this is a major improvement from the last time i drew sylveon
