my friends and i were making ideal pokemon teams a while back and i made gijinkas out of them!!
(this was also just a "how many hot guy designs can i make w/o shirts" challenge)

Bios:

Malik Pyukumuku
19 years old   Impish nature   Highly persistant
-Despite his slight stature, he's the team's resident tank/staller, and is extremely resilient.
-He wears a gas mask for two reasons-- to filter out toxic fumes and to make himself look cooler and tougher.
-He's actually doesn't like punk rock, although he respects what it stands for. His favorite genre is 80's rock.
-He's a little insecure about his abilities as a battler since he doesn't have any offensive moves, and constantly strives to become stronger.
-He tries to act tough and mature, but he's still quite young. He has a soft spot for cute things.

Xavier         Houndoom (Mega)
29 years old   Rash nature   Mischievous
-Kind of an idiot. His strongest point is his battling skill, but he goes overboard a lot.
-He's really rowdy, so some people find it hard to get along with him, but he's a real genuine guy who just likes to enjoy himself.
-He's extremely energetic. He's always the first person to start training and the last to finish, but he never seems to tire.
-He puts a lot of thought into his 'battle persona,' and likes to show off and be flamboyant.
-As the resident mega, he has a (somewhat one-sided) rivalry with Mochi, since the latter hasn't mastered mega-evo'ing.

Grischa         Hydreigon
25 years old   Mild Nature   Often lost in thought
-The perpetually-tired unofficial team leader.
-He's semi-retired after losing an eye in a traumatic battle.
-Despite the temperament of most Hydreigon, he's a gentle and mild-mannered soul. His teammates trust him unconditionally.
-He occasionally oversees training and such when their trainer Mikoto is out of commission.
-Even though he is relatively young, he is Mikoto's first Pokemon, and has been on the team the longest.

Chronos           Golurk
?? years old     Brave nature     Likes to fight
-A ghost-type reincarnated from a man who died a traumatic death.
-He woke up in some long-dead ruins with no memories of his past life. His only clues are his scars and his missing arms.
-He actually doesn't care too much about his past. He's quite happy living with his teammates and his trainer.
-His massive hands are actually battle-gauntlets. He can remove them to expose more proportionate shadow-hands.
-A lot of the younger members look up to him, since he's really strong and "manly."

Mochi         Gallade
21 years old    Adamant nature    A little quick tempered
-A young, hot-headed battler. He's a real try-hard, to the point of being obnoxious about it sometimes.
-He's the self-declared rival of fellow teammate Xavier. Xavier himself thinks they're just having fun.
-The kind of person that likes to be spoiled and act immature, but gets irritated when people treat him like a child.
-He's more familiar with hand-to-hand than with his bladed tonfas.
-Mochi is actually just his nickname. Mikoto started calling him that and it stuck.
-(It's because he has soft, squishy cheeks.)

Gaius           Staraptor
42 years old     Jolly nature     Impetuous and silly
-A really chill, laid-back guy. The kind of person that's easy to be around.
-Despite his easy-going nature, he has the most reckless and brazen fighting style. It involves a lot of dive-bombing and total disregard for his own safety.
-Aside from Grischa, he's been on Mikoto's team the longest. All three are long-time friends and have participated and won multiple tournaments together.
-He ends up as a sympathetic ear for most of his teammates since he's so approachable.
-Having his wings out is inconvenient since he can't wear most of his jackets. He only has a few with holes for his wings.
