For the last few days I have been working on another portrait and I think it is one of my most difficult drawings. I had a lot of problems with David Coverdael’s hair, which is exceptionally lush and beautiful, but also not easy to draw. I have been thinking about his portrait for a long time. David Coverdale is a true champion to me and a great inspiration. He is one of the greatest singers in the world with a powerful voice. With his enormous talent and extraordinary stage charisma, he entered the history of rock music, contributing to the development of music. Thanks to artists like David Coverdale, great albums are made that are true works of art. It is music that connects generations.
