IM GONNA CRY lolI fucked up....I accidentally merged all my layers and saved it...I still have the line art, but im gonna have to either start coloring all over again, or meticulously cut all the pieces up, and work from there...
*sigh either way, im putting this one on hold for now.
sorry guys....
I really wish photoshop could save history...even after closing down the document...but...that's life i guess :/

HOLY CRAP, it happened to me just yesterday (in a WAY less complicated drawing) and I felt like a cold sweet falling from my forehead.
Other thing, before reading your desc, I didnt feel it was "on hold" at all

I just did the same thing. Only my file got corrupted so only three layers survived. So I'm starting over with the original rough sketch. Again you have amazing coloring skills and a great eye for angles in your drawings. I suggest--though you may hate it-- to color from the start. You will learn more from the second time around and might see something differently. Start out just as you did the first time. The first hour will feel like "Dear lord I hate this I wanna stop I was almost done with this" BUT then later you will see something little or small that will motivate you to keep going and see. However, yes take a break from this one before coming back to it. I will hope I can get this picture done I have three WIPs and I want something done before school starts. :/

Gaussian Blur + a shit ton of duplicated layers
basically started out with 2 circles, a white on top, and a red below. Applied a shit ton of gaussian blur on the red and duplicated it, and applied more blur to them[repeated this process until i was satisfied], and then applied very little blur on the white and duplicated a few times as well. And all the layers should be on "Screen" mode rather than "normal". same process applies for the swooshes on top.
I should make a tutorial...hmm...lol
