oh my god, four Scouts in one team, that's a lot to deal with (especially as one CBScout alone is worse than two standard Scouts xD).

Pfff but de facto there is only one Scout you can rly trust... and work with. And that is SailorScout.
I mean... Zombiescout is kinda useless und the CBS Twins hopefully locked up most of the time.

Well, four standard Scouts are easy to deal with - send them running until they grow tired.
But...
Zombiescout: pay attention that he doesn't walk into the line of fire accidently (or drowns himself, runs into an open fire, falls into a deep pit filled with aligators...)
SailorScout: super effective. As long as there's a valid restraining order for Tentaspy.
CBS Twins: super effective, either while they are locked up or released among the enemies. But who catches them afterwards?!
