I hate to interrupt the fact that before me, this has 123 comments.
Here's how I imagine the following characters:
The first gang is kinda stupid in various areas. The only one who's smart in the first gang is Nightmare, their leader.
Follower: Co-Leader of the first group. Dominant in every way over all but Nightmare and Seeker. Loves it when he catches a good snack.
Greeter: I don't have anything yet.
Waiter: Really lazy. IN LOVE with the floor. Real derpy.
Revenge: I got nothing. :/
Seeker: Dominant over Follower, Nightmare, and everyone else. Harder to escape than anyone. He gets a hold of you, ur dead.Screamer: Only knows one purpose, scream. Shy otherwise. Very cute. Became friends with Criminal, getting him kicked out the apartment in the first game.
Criminal: Skiddish. Possessed by an evil demon that is trapped in his body by a flying one eyed Dorito.(Everything is the Dorito's fault in all fandoms) Knows no other name.
The second gang is way smarter than all of the first characters, even Criminal.

I imagine greeter being a yandere mom and revenge being a love starved person

Greeter could be the flirty psychopath obsessedΒ with the player, kinda like Edward from Outlast.
And maybe for Revenge could be the same as well, I like the idea of being chased by two loved starved madwomen.
