I once again had to bring out Cindy for a day like this (what did she do last year?). I mean, her signature move is blowing a kiss (have any of you seen it? She does this a lot on promotional art).

I dressed her up in a rather casual outfit for this (my original intent was to draw her in a dress of some kind), as that's kind of been her nature in recent times for some reason.

I wasn't able to post this earlier, as I was in school. but at least I was still on time.
