This is a very well drawn chibi and you did an amazing job.
Since I am here to help you improve, I will let you know what I think can be perfected.
For example, I see that there is a lot of detail in the hair and eyes, but once you scroll towards the bottom of the drawing, it seems as if you left out some detail. Granted, the flowers on the pant leg are nice but there isn't really any kinds of ruffling or scrunching or texture, which I am sure you are able to do.

I am trying to get the hang of clothes and folds and such, but it is diffucult so I tend to be alitle lazy isch I guess when it comes to those parts D:
